  1. Hi Darko, You say in Health Revolution not to cook with garlic. Is raw garlic also bad
    for health? Can you explain a little more about this? Some proponents of garlic say that it is a good source of sulfur. i’ve included a link to an article on the benefits. What is your opinion? I sometimes wonder if belief trumps truth. The polarities can be confusing. Thank you for your revelations.

      It does not really matter what is the composition of certain food if there is something that will interfere with cellular absorption. For example we are told that red wine has lot of iron and antioxidants. This does not matter because it has alcohol. Alcohol being toxic provokes diuretic effect and cells will stop absorption. This means that none of the good stuff will have the chance to enter cells which makes all the goodies irrelevant and on top of all of this alcohol is neuro-toxic. Exactly the same is happening with garlic. You can disregard all the positives since none of them will have the chance to enter cells because of one component in the garlic (sulphone-hydroxil) which is also neuro-toxic. You can read about it in my book. It is free of charge download. Garlic is toxic in raw and in cooked stage. It is medicinal plant and as such it should be used when it is appropriate and only for short time to weaken the symptom.

  2. I see you use the whole egg in your shake, I have been told that the yolk should be raw but the whites should be cooked. What do you think of that? Also do you worry about salmonella? Do you wash the shells with soap first? (I love your site and when you comment on Mercola)

    • Jones the egg white is protein and when you heat it up it coagulates and makes it difficult for protein to be digested. We should be eating everything raw.
      Salmonella contamination is coming from handling the eggs so make sure that you inspect the eggshell from the inside before you use the egg. If there i discoloration or damage do not use it. Washing it is not a bad idea but I do not was the eggs I eat.
