Talking with my friend Angela she mentioned one interesting question: “and how is that working for you?”
I am going to use this question in the hope that it will make you think about the actions you have taken under the influence of your health experts and mainstream advertising which influenced your present health issues or the health issues of someone in your family.
Often I am confronted with the same question: “show me the studies that support your claims”. People are not interested in trying new things unless they have been scientifically proven. What does “scientifically proven means?”
It means being approved by the pharmacological or medical industry which we know is lying to us all the time. So we prefer to trust our doctors, pharmacist, adds on Tel a lie Vision and other adverts. So how is that working out for you?
You start your day with bowl of cereals and skimmed milk So how is that working out for you?
You have a cup of black coffee to boost your energy. So how is that working out for you?
You had your vegetarian meal of pasta and lettuce So how is that working out for you?
You had your red wine after your dinner So how is that working out for you?
You have been treated with antibiotics while pregnant So how is that working out for you?
You have vaccinated your baby with 20 + vaccines So how is that working out for you?
You are feeding your baby with baby formula and baby food So how is that working out for you?
You are drinking energy drinks before and after exercising So how is that working out for you?
You are ingesting pain killers to suppress your headache So how is that working out for you?
You are taking sedatives to calm your nerves So how is that working out for you?
You are taking pills and supplements to lose weight So how is that working out for you?
You are taking radiation and chemo therapy So how is that working out for you?
You are living on the pain patches to control the pain So how is that working out for you?
You are taking medication to control your blood pressure So how is that working out for you?
You are taking medication to control your blood sugar So how is that working out for you?
You are taking statins to control your cholesterol So how is that working out for you?
You are taking aspirin daily to thin your blood So how is that working out for you?
You take a pill to calm your stomach daily So how is that working out for you?
You take a sleeping pills every night So how is that working out for you?
You had a back pain so they did back surgery on you So how is that working out for you?
You wanted to lose weight so they surgically
reduced your stomach So how is that working out for you?
You wanted to look younger so you had cosmetic surgery So how is that working out for you?
You wanted to have a baby so you had surgery done So how is that working out for you?
You are taking varieties of supplements daily So how is that working out for you?
You are eating garlic daily So how is that working out for you?
You are drinking the green tea daily So how is that working out for you?
You are taking ginger daily So how is that working out for you?
You are using turmeric daily So how is that working out for you?
We can go on for pages…….
For all of those things that most of us do daily, there are numerous scientifically approved studies showing us the benefits to our health if we do those things. Most of those things we are doing daily, we would not do if they would not benefit our health. For example: eating garlic makes us stink a mile away. Surgically removing most of our stomach so that we lose weight by not being able to eat to much at one time, stuffing ourselves with supplements, adding medicinal herbs to our daily food and so on.
Let us take a closer look at the scientific recommendations we are so eagerly following.
What we are not being told, and the scientific studies have forgotten to mention is:
Eating cereals with skimmed milk for the breakfast.
We are loading our body with sugar and toxic white liquid that has no nutritional values but it is highly recommended by your health professionals. Promoting diabetes and neurological problems.
Black coffee, contains a lot of caffeine. Caffeine is excitatory for nerve system. Highly toxic, acidifies our blood promotes tachycardia, osteoporosis, interferes with digestion.
Vegetarian diet is full of dietary carbohydrates. Promotes diabetes, hypertension, psychological problems, Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s disease and osteopenia.
Red wine claimed healthy for its antioxidant values contain alcohol. Alcohol triggers diuretic effect so we dehydrate. At the same time it closes cellular absorption so even if any antioxidant is present it cannot enter our cells and will be flushed out with diuretic action of the body.
Being treated with antibiotics during pregnancy since your doctor told you that it is safe. Now you have a child with down syndrome. Of course, it is genetic disorder and it is no one’s fault. Your doctor sleeps like a baby. How about you?
Under the watchful eyes of your doctor, backed by a ton of scientifically approved studies your baby got jabbed 20 times with needle. Now it is dislectic, autistic or paralyzed. If the baby is a real fighter it will be lucky it will end up with painful skin rashes and digestive problems.
Baby formulas and baby foods are loaded with glucose and artificial hydrogenated oils. No wonder babies are burping and having diarrheas and early age diabetes. Baby food is the trigger for leukemia in children especially the baby frankfurters.
Drinking flavored drinks claiming to be healthy and natural do not be surprised if you suffer from epilepsy. One client contracted epilepsy from drinking the thick “natural fruit” juices daily. As soon as he cleansed and stopped drinking this junk his seizures stopped.
Headaches are mostly signal of the cellular dehydration and hydrating with water and sea salt solves the problem. Stopping ingesting dietary glucose is another solution since sugar often causes headaches as well.
Sedatives are neurosuppressors. They are great for emergency but cause great harm if take in prolonged time. They also prevent cellular hydration.
Pills and supplements further pollute the blood. Losing unnecessary weight is easy when you eat correctly. Ditch the dietary carbohydrates.
The suggestion that you should take chemotherapy or radiation so that you can heal is contradictory and foolish. How can destruction of your immune system help you to heal? If exposure to radiation is so healthy we should go and sit on the reactor in Fukushima.
Pain patches keep you sedated 24 hours a day. They slow your metabolism and slowly shut down your systems shutting down your life with them. General body pain is caused by multiple inflammations in your body. Hydrate with water and sea salt and within 10 days you will not need the patches anymore.
The blood pressure medications are diuretics and beta blockers. All toxic for the body and cause multiple health issues when used in prolonged time. BP can be lowered naturally by repairing the blood circulation through proper hydration and correction of our diet.
Elevated blood sugar is caused by increased sugar absorption. The only culprit for this is dietary glucose. Reversing diabetes is as easy as drinking water but instead, we are given toxic medication to trigger further health problems.
Elevated levels of blood cholesterol are not influenced by the food we just ate. They are the response to the cellular demand. This means that you can eat as much cholesterol as you want and your blood cholesterol will be low if your cells do not demand it. If they do demand it, they will use it for cellular reparation or reinforcement of cellular membranes. So artificially manipulating blood cholesterol levels is directly working against our body an it will result with a disaster.
The blood thinners are actually anticoagulants. They prevent our blood from coagulating and this can have terrible consequences including a stroke which they supposingly they are protecting us from.
You take a pill to coat your stomach for its protection from other pills you are taking. They are mostly anti inflammatory drugs that further intensify your bodies toxicity while temporarily suppressing the pain.
Insomnia is mostly caused by the chemical imbalance of the brain caused by the overall toxicity. Cleanse and most likely you will sleep like a baby. Sleeping pills drug you and give you very shallow sleep that will not benefit you as far as the detox and healing goes.
Great majority of people that tried to alleviate their back pain surgically ended up in worse position or paralyzed. My brother a urologist is one of them.
A surgical reduction of stomach with the purpose of losing weight is just a temporary solution since stomach will expand again soon and the weight will continue to increase. I am helping one doctor now who had underwent this procedure. He has lost some weight initially but later he have gained more of the weight and continued on gaining it. Having the cosmetic surgery done changes the face and has only short term benefits as the skin stretches rapidly again. Hydration brings way better and lasting results.

Garlic is neurotoxic medicinal plant and should be treated as such and not consumed daily. Garlic prevents the right brain hemisphere to communicate with the left one. Slows down our reflexes and weakens the heart contraction lowering BP in this way. Not a healthy thing to do daily.
The green tea is promoted as another antioxidant. It contains caffeine and in hight doses is toxic. I had two clients with leukemia who drank big amounts of a green tea daily. They have recovered their health back after detoxifying with the Self Healers Protocol and ditching the green tea they used to drink.
Ginger is medicinal plant and daily usage of it will negatively affect your health. You will dehydrate on the cellular level since your cells will refuse to hydrate in the presence of ginger in the blood.
Turmeric is medicinal remedy. It also interferes with the cellular hydration process.
I did not even mention what cosmetic products do to your skin and your health in general.
The usage of mineral oil (it comes from crude oil) in cosmetic products and talc powder does incredible damage not mentioning other powerful toxic chemicals.
The toxic cleaning products found regularly in your house and on your clothes…..
Everything I have mentioned is approved by your government organizations who should protect you from them. There are many studies shown their toxicity and improper medical treatments but the truth is swept under the carped and faulty research papers are used and promoted.
So, please stop asking me for the scientific studies. I explain everything in a simple way so even children can understand it. Yes it is different from what we know but look at the results. You cannot be harmed since no medicinal remedy is ever used other than colloidal silver. Yes, you will have cleansing symptoms and if you are very polluted they may be severe. This is why I recommend that you accept my guidance at least at the beginning especially if your health is compromised.
We have to accept the new because the old is corrupt but we have to make the decision.
