15 grams of protein, 10 grams of fat, 25 grams of carbohydrates…..

I am amazed how our grandparent survive without calculators and stay healthy. And do not forget that if you are color blind you are really in bad trouble because rainbow food is what you really need and if you do not know what antioxidants are, then no one can help you.

“What, you never heard of the enzyme Q10???
No wonder you do not feel good dear.”…..”Oy!”

On top of all of this, if you do not have the means to measure all of this and then properly burn those calories by exercising for an hour or doing peak 10 exercises—no wonder you are in a bad shape!

Ouch, I forgot that the food is mineral depleted and to replace them you need to supplement them and as we are all at this level–dont forget to add some vitamins as well!

So no wonder that our food stores look more and more like pharmacies and our bodies look more and more like barrels ready to explode.

So what are we to do!!!!??

Whenever you think that vegetables are the essential food required for your body to be healthy than think of the Eskimos. They are the healthiest tribal people on this planed and they never had chance to even try fruit or vegetable. Furthermore they do not expose their bodies to the Sun so they cannot produce vitamin D neither. So how is it possible that they can not only survive but thrive with iron health? To be able find the answer I started from the cell itself. The only food that our cells can use to produce energy is keton (fat) and glucose (carbohydrate). The process of energy extraction is done in mitochondria. Since oxygen is needed for this process mitochondria have oxygen pump that administer oxygen to the process. This signifies that keton is the primary fuel and glucose is used only when stimulated by stress signaling and it serves as a booster fuel. We make a big mistake when we eat carbohydrates because cells have to reduce the number of mitochondria and then they cannot efficiently deal with fats. Animal fat of wild animals is loaded with fat soluble vitamins A, E, D and K. This explains why Eskimos do not need Sun exposure. Health problems have sky-rocketed since people started following the recommendations of low fat diet. Omnivores base their diet on animal fat and protein subsidizing with fruits. The only time they eat grass is to purge their system.

Dietary values of vegetables are measured in laboratories after vegetables are taken a part by chemical means but scientists do not take in consideration that all those nutrients are within fibers of cellulose and this means inaccessible for our absorption. The only way we can access it is if we destroy the cellulose membrane. This we achieve by processing the food or simply by cooking it. In this case the calories come mostly from carbohydrates and this is the reason of our ill health and short life span.

Pain and pleasure are often portrayed together as in this song. Is this by accident?
Not really. Pain and pleasure affect the same neurons and the difference of how we perceive them is dependent on the message that it is supposed to carry.
Today we are going to focus on the PAIN.
What causes the pain, why we feel it and what is its purpose?
Most of the time pain is the symptom that forces us to seek the help of health professionals because until we feel the pain we tend to ignore subtle signs that something is wrong in our body.
Often we are in pain and cannot find the reason or cause of it. So is the pain beneficial sign or just nuisance,” pain in the but”?
Pain is one of the important symptoms when it comes to identifying the type of disease and it is questionable would we ever do anything about our health if the pain would not force us to change the things we do.
Unfortunately the health professionals are often focused on how to deal with pain and how to suppress it and neglect the real problem that causes it.

In most cases pain is the warning signal that something is wrong and need to be changed. Unfortunately we take it as a sign of disease and instead of tracking its origin and changing what needs to be changed we are trained to suppress it. Most problematical is chronic pain. This type of the pain is caused by inflammation. Inflamed tissue increases in its size and creates pressure on sensory nerves. This results with pain. Instead tracing the origin of inflammation and correcting the problem we are trained to focus on the pain itself. So we end up forcing the body to stop the inflammatory process by feeding t anti inflammatory drugs or by simply interrupting the pain signal by feeding the body analgesics (neuro-suppressors).

Since major culprit that causes inflammation is cellular dehydration it becomes obvious that hydration will be the best way to naturally eliminate inflammation and this way reduce and eliminate the pain itself. This is exactly opposite of what we are being told in medical school. We are told that we have to reduce the liquid to be able to stop inflammation. This is why we are trained to advise patients not to eat salt and to limit water in the case of chronic inflammation. No wander that this does not work so we end up using suppressors . Anti inflammatory drugs cause more deaths in the united States than all war and traffic accidents. This type of treatment combined with low salt recommendation is direct cause of organ failures. Of course this just plays into the hands of the industry that just closes its eyes and opens new branch of “medicine” called organ transplantation. This branch of “medicine” is causing terror, injustice and incredible suffering to hundreds of thousands innocent healthy individuals. This is a crime on humanity but nobody is doing anything to stop it.

Please pay attention to your body, listen to it and follow its directions. Do not suppress symptoms. Instead make changes in the way you live.

Focusing on antioxidants and vegetable diet to achieve healthy and long life is mistake. As I have mentioned in my book the healthiest people on this planet are Eskimos and reason for this is inability to cook their food. If you eat the food in a raw state your digestion will work optimally, food will be alkaline, you will produce insignificant amount of oxidants and what is of the most importance there will be no GLUCOSE in your digestive tract of ant significant amount to speak of. This will stimulate ADF gene (the sweet 16 gene) to send strong impulse and your life will be extremely long, healthy, without signs of aging until the very end  and that end will be around the age of 500 years.

If this sounds impossible, read my book so that you can understand this. If you want to become younger and healthy forget about antioxidants and change your diet, cleanse with water and sea salt and start living in the NOW. Why living in the NOW? Because anticipating wht will or may happen n the future creates the time and the stress that promote aging.

FRUCTOSE-the “toxic” sugar, or Is it???

After many years of bashing animal saturated fats we realized that those are the only fats that are in fact good for us. Now as the “science” is examining carbohydrates new enemy emerges. This enemy is called FRUCTOSE.

Every sugar polemic is directed to the harmful effect that are caused by presence of fructose inside our blood. The discussion goes as far as proclaiming that eating of fruits should be restricted. Does this make any sense to you? Whole my life I was listening of how fruits are healthy and full of vitamins and anti oxidants. Omnivores are eating them whenever they have a chance so should we eat just seasonal fruits and abstain from them when they are not in the season?

If high fructose corn syrup is bad for our health what than about the honey. It has very similar percentage of sugars as HFCS?

When we are sick in the hospital the infusion is loaded with glucose. Is this the “safe” sugar as we are being told? So is it better to look for foods that are predominantly glucose rich as are starches?
As you can see lot of questions and probably quiet confusing isn’t it?

Not to keep you in suspense I will just tell you that everything that you have heard about the bad effects of fructose on our body is correct. The problem is not in what was revealed to you. The problem is in what is hidden from you and that is what changes the picture upside down.

As doctors we are instructed to focus on symptoms. Since the symptoms of health decay caused by sugar involve obesity and uric acid buildup all our attention goes in this direction. We are trying to neutralize the harmful effects instead of checking out why is the sugar entering our body since this does not happen in the wild animals. At least not in the amount that would harm their health or even influence faster aging process.

One can eat lot of fruits day after day and absorption of the sugar will be low if we are on raw food diet. Fructose does not bond to insulin so it will not raise its level and this keeps the sugar transporting protein GLUT low. This is why there is no problem eating fruits in whatever quantity. High amount of fructose will cause diarrhea because it ferments in the big intestine.

What causes increase in sugar absorption is the type of sugar that we call the “safe carbohydrate, GLUCOSE”. By increasing the amount f insulin it stimulates higher GLUT production and this way enables more sugar to be absorbed into the blood. So if you depend on starches you will increase the amount of GLUT and with it the absorption of glucose and fructose alike. Carbohydrates get exposed after cellular membrane of  cellulose is destroyed by the heat of cooking the food. This is the answer “why do we show the signs of aging and why do we get sick”.
